        We ship worldwide for $15. Free international shipping for orders over $200. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days

        INFANETIM Technology is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

        We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from INFANETIM Technology. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 20 days from the date of purchase to request a refund (less shipping, handling and commission charges).

        You may return Product purchased directly from our online store in accordance with the terms below. 

        To return a product purchased from our online store, please contact us by The following conditions must be met in order to qualify for a refund:

        • A return must be requested within 20 days of your purchase date. Contact Customer Service to start the return process and request a return label.
        • You must return the Product to manufacturer to receive a refund. The returned Product must be in good physical condition (not damaged) and in its original packaging. All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
        • You must use the return label provided by Customer Service to return your Product.
        • Once the product is examined at our center, we will proceed with the refund.
        • We will refund the cost of the Product to your original payment method, less any shipping, handling and commission charges.
        • Please allow up to 10 business days after your return order has been received by our warehouse for your refund to be processed. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
        • We do not offer exchanges. Please follow our return process and then place a new order.
        • Without all parts and accessories originally included with your purchase, we may, in its discretion, either refuse acceptance of such return or charge you a restocking fee of 15% of the original price of the Product(s) or the retail value of the missing parts and accessories, whichever is higher.

          I've changed my mind, can I cancel my order?

          We want to make sure every customer is happy! Cancel orders can be made within 30 minutes of purchase, before the shipping process begins. Please note that we have to deduct a 5% commission fee as the order is canceled from your end.
